Dr. Dana Vos
Hi! I’m Dr. Dana Vos. And I love what I do.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta in 2013. Afterwards, I moved to Portland, Oregon, and enrolled in the University of Western States chiropractic program. I graduated in 2017 with two degrees: a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Masters of Science in Sport Medicine.
I love working with all types of people. New mommas, athletes, desk warriors, children and babies, and everything in between. I am formally trained in a variety of adjusting techniques, soft-tissue techniques (ART, Graston), and kinesio-taping. My favorite things to treat are pregnancy / postpartum, sports injuries, shoulders and TMJs (aka jaws).
Outside of work, you can probably find me sipping coffee or a beer and hanging out with my husband, Kevin; our daughter, Rose; and our dog, Sloan. In summer, we like to spend our weekends hiking and camping. In the winter, we love to tear up the slopes by snowboarding. In addition, my husband and I are big advocates and supporters of the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Community in honor of our son, Jude.
Few fun facts about me:
• I practiced in Edmonton for 6 years before relocating to the beautiful city of Calgary
• I was a dancer for ~20 years
• I am the co-founder of the University of Alberta Quidditch team
• I was in a Britney Spears musical for the Edmonton Fringe Festival
• In 2012, I travelled to Nepal for 2 months for a where I worked in a women’s rights organization

Natalie Higgs
Natalie Higgs is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist who completed a four-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
She practices a principles-based approach to osteopathy, viewing the body as an interconnected unit, and emphasizing the relationship between structure and function. Her treatments focus on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of dysfunction to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and health.
Natalie grew up dancing, which sparked an early interest in the human body and how it functions. This interest continued to develop through her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology and her experience as a personal trainer, where she further gained an appreciation for how the body adapts, compensates, and heals. This ultimately led her to osteopathy, where she brings this perspective into her practice through a comprehensive structural assessment and a precise, hands-on treatment approach.
Natalie works with a variety of patients, tailoring each treatment to the individual. She values clear communication, thorough assessment, and creating a comfortable, supportive environment for patients.

Nathan Hart CAT(C ), BHPE
Nathan is a Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C). He graduated out of Mount Royal University with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education majoring in Athletic Therapy. He grew up in the climbing community as a youth competitor and later branched out to coaching. Having sustained his fair share of injuries, Nathan has developed a strong empathy for those that are prevented from doing what they love, due to injury. So it’s Nathan’s mission to help you understand your pain or injury, and give you the appropriate treatment and rehab plan to regain control over your active lifestyle. Athletic Therapists are often known for their quick-thinking on-field emergency care of professional and elite athletes. However, they are just as well trained in the clinical setting, because they are responsible for the full spectrum of care for those athletes. Athletic Therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care. They treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping. The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: an Athletic Therapist’s goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.
